Bad Service at Midrand

I received bad service on 30 April at Chicken Licken in Midrand. The que was too long with one service point and when I received my order the lady gave me a bad attitude when I asked for tomato sauce satchets to be included in my order. she said they were finished and when I showed her the satchets since they were in full view, she said if i need the sauces i need to buy them. Since when did Chicken Licken sell satchets?
