I was on a business trip to Middelburg to provide training to the Local Municipalities Executive staff members with a business associate of mine Namely Premanandha Gangia on the 17th & 18th April 2013. The evening of the 17th were took a drive down to Witbank & decided to go for dinner at the Ocean Basket in the mall connected to the casino. My business associate had sushi & I had oysters along with the special of R79.95 which had prawns, fish, calamari, rice & chips with no alcohol prior to the meal, during nor after. We then travelled back to the guest house we were staying at in Middelburg to have a good night's rest.

The following morning at 04h00 I start feeling nausea & my head staring spinning. A few hours later I started shaking terribly & contacted my Business associate via telephone as I could hardly move who was staying in the next room who then took me to the local hospital (Life Midmed Hospital) where I was submitted for food poisoning.

I am extremely upset as this caused disruptions during the training session planned. I frequent your Canal Walk branch but honestly I would think again about visiting any of your branches in the future.
