Charged for free ebucks

WHen I opened my credit card I was told and it was widely advertised that ebucks membership is included for free, yet today I log in to do my internet banking and see a R200 membership fee for ebucks.

If you tell me its free when I accept your product, why am I getting charged a year later for it, or is your definition of free different to that of the dictionary?
