It is impossible to fit my complaint into 1200 charicters but bottom line is: My damage was done on the 30th of March, i started the whole process on the 2nd of April and yet by the 26 of April my car is not even in the shop yet (They haven't even looked at my second assessment yet whish was done and sent through on the 10th of april). I get absolutely NO feedback from my nonexistent operator (YASMIN GAFOOR) and i waist hours of my time trying to get hold of the person that is SUPPOSE to help me and inform me on what is going on. On the 24th April i got through to a consultant called ATOH that got into touch with Conrad (the assessor) but she had to send everything to him AGAIN.
I'm at the point where i want to take them to small claim court (after addressing the Ombudsman first), claim back all my payments to date, Get my car fixed up with my own expense and moving to a different insurer. I choose a more expensive insurer and felt like i would get better sevice incase something should happen, but thats obciously not the case. Only reason i took the time to write this that people tend to do their research before choosing a company/product they spend their money on, i wish i did...
