Judgement

I am a practising attorney. An EMO was served on my client's workplace for the second time under the same case number, even though Coombe & previously confirmed to myself as well as the Law Society of the Northern Provinces that the judgement would be rescinded at their costs and that all monies deducted would be refunded. They admitted that their client did not have locus standi and that the signatures on the consent to Judgement and EMO as well as jurisdiction was. They eventually did see to the refund and I closed my file. Only now, it seems that despite their written confirmation judgement was never rescinded and they are proceeding again with EMO, knowing full well that they do not have locus standi and the signatures are. I am proceeding to report them to the Law Society as a matter of URGENCY and wish to warn other consumers about their conduct. I phoned their call centre, but was told that they could only assist within 3 working days. I find it unacceptable under the circumstances. My client is suffering damages due to their conduct and I want them to immediately resolve the matter.
