Loan pay out takes foreve

My loan application was approved on the 11.01.2012 its now 16.01.2012 and when i call the call centre they say it will be paid between 2-3 weeks, i mean when one applies for a loan its an emergency, i mean by 2 weeks it will be month end already, i really do not understand i'm so disappointed
