We are so thankful that you are increasing your insurance excess by 37.5% from R2000.00 to R2750.00 as you have not increased this since 2011, wow how ignorant of us customer to think that our 14.87% increase in premium this year would cover such costs for your company. But how can we fault this, after all your service is so fantastic phoning your call centre only requires about 10 phone calls to speak to a consultant that does not know what they are doing and redirects you to the next individual that cannot assist. And so the circle of friendship continues. Wow how we get around chatting to the whole company before you have to hello peter you twice to finalise our insurance claims. But I am sure your hearty increase will cover such shortfalls and will give us the customer service we expect from an organisation of your calibre. So in closing thank you for the 52.37% increase in your overall services I am sure every South African household that is a customer will have no issue coughing up a few extra bucks to help you out.
Yes we had to claims of which you got your money back with one claim and still waiting for the other claim to get your money back on.
