I had already made up my mind to "QUIT" miway dissatisfied with my policy. I was then refered to a Mr. Nkosi who was now helping me for the second instance in 2 years. Please i've never met him except on excellent customer service telephonically. He once again inspired me with his great ability to listen, advice and help. because of him after uninterupted 4 years of great service i am still a proud member of miway.
