On the 16 March 2013 I went into there website asking them to assist me with finding a company for a loan.

Received no feedback from them up to date but debited my bank account with R350 for nothing.

I spoke to Phumla Customer Care who told me that confirmation was send on the 16 March 2013 of which I have no prove and that they can't resend said e-mail dated 16 March 2013. Who's who here??? If e-mail was send why can't they resend it.

They making easy money off consumers who are unaware of how they operate.
