Integrity - rather over deliver and under promise

I have been cleared from debt council ling, certificate issued, judgments cleared on Transunion by court, gone through all the to pay back what has been asked, but I am refused services from my bank because their systems are not linked with one another. I am clean as a whistle on a transunion report, but my bank and Wesbank reflects that I am still on debt council ling two weeks after Transunion declared nothing on my name. The branch where I visit to get information regarding my status and progress, sigh on the phone when I call and call to get answers after it was promised that I shall receive feedback. I have done all I can to say "I shall commit to clear my name" but now my bank still holds me by a rope around the neck not giving me my financial freedom that I fought hard for 3 years...
