Car more damaged after repairs Claim number 368413

My sister's car was repaired at Unlimited panel beaters in Rustenburg after it was damaged by hail. When she received her car back, it had scratches on the paint work which were not there before. The explanation given to her was that the scratches could have been as a result of the car being polished. She was also told by the panelbeaters that Iwyze only approved repairs for the body panels to be repaired without being re-sprayed. I don't know how this things work but this sounds really dodgy to me. This is unacceptable. The second thing is the light on the dash board display which was not there before the car was taken in for repairs. Nobody wants to take responsibility for all this things and she is being sent from pillar to post. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Please sort this matter ASAP before she starts shopping around for new car insurance. SHE IS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. She deserves better. She can be contacted on 0835094103
