I have an insurance ploicy with 24HR FINE RITE.
i have done an insurance claim, and they are failing to provide me with the goods that i want.
the calim was approved, i then spoke to a lady by the name of Chenel who said she would get back to me in an hour of which i have been now waiting for almost 2hours. i then called again and spoke to a helpful gentlemen of which i forgot his name, but ithis surname is Mashego., but still am not satisfied, i have the right as a client to take which ever device that will best suite my needs. the divice insured was a samsung galaxy P7500 which now has been discontuned, and the broker is willing to replace it with a galaxy note 10.1.
i have no use for that device because i recently purchased a laptop contract with MTN less than a month ago.
i know my rights as a client and as a servive consultant because i do work for a cell phone company, and to be honestly it does not work like that with the company i work for.
i have the right to choose a phone that best suite my needs.
im unhappy and something must be done about this.
