Credit Salvage POOR Customer Service

About 1 year ago I applied for assistance with Credit Salvage to clear any judgments and garnishes against my name to purchase a car. A gentleman immediately responded to my request and my enquiry got underway. I supplied them with all my relevant documentation and made the R800.00 payment as per my application. After I made the payment I received 1 credit report and after that I never heard from them again until I started phoning and emailing but still now one bothered looking into my enquiry or even bothered to contact me regarding this. At this stage I am desperate and I would like them to help me but if this is the service I will get I won't recommend them!!! They promise to help and even make the application process very quick and easy and then just never bother to get back to you.
