Unauthorised payments

Yesterday I went into the branch to advice the bank that I'm currently not working. I have an account which is currently outstanding. I adviced them that I will commence work on the 8th May end of month ill pay them off in full. The advisor said its not a problem she will dot all that down! Today I get money in from my sister too book a bus ticket to go see my mother they take the money. Liars!! I'm so dissapointed I'm moving banks I can't deal with ppl who don't keep their word. Highly upset and dissapointed.
