I lost my cellphone on monday in my office while I to the restrooms for not more then five munites. I went and open case a through SAP on the same day and I fowarded the claim form to Firite. Today this morning I ve called them to do a follow up... but the fist agent AmuKelani told that my claim is decline due my nonsafe keeping... I was fuming not even knowing wht to do cos I dont hav a phone and I my doughter jst went back to P school. I wrote a motivational letter to explain realy I was not niglegent or careless. Later this afternoon I called I was answered by this very helpfull lady by th name of Innocentia Dubazane... she listen to my side of the story attentively and she went back to her line to review the decision. After sometym she came back and told me that my claim is approved. And that was a good news in my ears... Thanks u Fiirite and your team... Innocentia Dubane Thank u.
