REVERSAL NOT DONE OR DONE BUT NOT TO ME

I BOUGHT CLOTHES AT MANGO. AS I WAS PAYING IT DECLINED THE FIRST TIME BUT IT HAD ACTUALLY GONE THROUGH, SO I MADE A DOUBLE PAYMENT. MANGO ADVISED TO GO TO FNB. AND YES I WENT TO FNB FOR 2 FULL WEEKS AND ALL THE TIME THEY FAILED TO HELP ME. I FINALLY WENT THERE AGAIN LAST WEEK AND THE CONSULTANT TOOK MY DETAILS AND SAID HE WILL DO IT, GUESS WHAT? I HAD TO GO THERE MYSELF AND HE TOLD ME ITS DONE. MY BANK STATEMENT AND MY NOTIFICATIONS SHOW NO SIGN OF THIS REVERSAL. IM SO ANGRY WITH THIS BANK THAT IM EVEN CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND ILL ALSO TELL MY HUSBAND/MOTHER/FATHER, ETC NOT TO BANK WITH THEM (FNB) ANYMORE AND EVENTUALLY MY WHOLE FAMILY WONT BE BANKING WITH FNB. LOSING FAITH IN A BANK IS A SAD THING. BECAUSE THEY BUSY CLAIMING TO BE THE BEST BANK WHICH OFFERS PEOPLE BANKING SOLUTIONS, IM TIRED NOW AND THEY CAN KEEP THAT MONEY FOR ALL I CARE. I NEVER EVER WANT TO BANK WITH THEM EVER AGAIN, NOT EVEN GET A HOME LOAN THROUGH THEM!
