ITC and ITC BA

I have been receiving sms's from ITC BA claiming I owe money to UNISA.I have not studied with UNISA since 2010 and have absolutely no idea how I can owe them money?! Since I have been receiving these sms's from ITC BA I have tried to get hold of somebody, anybody!! at Unisa without any success as I believe they do not have a telephone system in place i.e. Unisa can't be phoned which in itself is ridiculous and they don't even bother to reply to emails! That being said I have also been phoned 3x by ITC BA and on all 3 occasions requested ITC BA to provide me with proof of the alleged debt which they undertook to do but never did. So now ITC BA is even threatening with arrest in their sms's which is absolutely criminal as one cannot be arrested for outstanding debt especially if the lack of service and information is on ITC BA's side. Please familiarise yourself with the CPA and Credit Act and stop your sms harassment today!!
