Withdrawels going off to late

Got a checque account for my wife similar to my checque account. whent to absa after money that was withdrawn only whent of a few days later, wanted to know why only later?? because whe buy at the same shops and my deductions happen immediately and not later like my wifes/ they couldent tell me why or rectify the problem.had complaints earlier and brought it to their attention on absa 's own website twise, still haven't heard ANYTHING from them> this problem caused a fine to my account because there wasn't enough money left for another debit orde
