My account was handed to coombe and for collection. They place an order on my salary. I paid and settled the outstanding amount and they gave me a settlement figure. I was dealing with some one by the name of Trischa Naicker. To my suprice even after i have settled the account and paid it in full they still debited my account. When i try to contacted them to rectify their erro i was sent from pillar to post. And when i request for a refund no one was available to assist me. I sent several e-mail to Trischa Naicker and no response. I contacted the call centre and NO ONE ANSWERS. They do not have a direct line for assistance and the call centre they do not answer calls. All i wanted was just a mere refund to what is due to me.
