Early december, I ordered a device to be specific an Ipad 2 16g with 3g. FNB delivered the wrong item an ipad 2 with wy-fi. I have since being contacting this department and have sent numerous emails and left a message for their manager Jayprakas Soudamma to contact me who has not bothered. Everytime people promise to call me back to no avail, I have spoken to Patricia, Amber, Phuti, Roshen, Mpumi. Non of these people are helping me todate I am still awaiting the outcome. FNB sent someone to come and collect the incorrect device over a week ago after I had sent them numerous emails. I am realy dissapointed with the lack of service in this department compared to all the other divisions I have dealt with thus far. I would like this email to be escalated to someone above Jay as he does not know what customer service is and what treating custormers fairly means.
