On the 11 March 2013 I cancelled my account and paid the settlement amount. All documents I send trough E-Mail to Pumla and got response that the received all documents. I got a statement 1 April and none of my payments was deducted from my account and they also deducted R495 from my bank account. After phoning CRS the keep on telling me that they have not allocated my payments to my account. This is not acceptable I want this matter to be closed immediately.
