I normally deal with Liz (Standard Bank, Thibault Square and previously Adderley Street) and really missed her excellent service today when I went to the bank. I was told she was on holiday - much deserved. Her service is always professional, very honest and you get a sense that she is very knowledgeable about the industry. I realised that today more so after seeing 4 bankers in 2 days. These kinds of people make our lives easier.
