Application of a Loan

I did an online application for a loan with Capitec Bank. In response a consultant called me back (Candice Michaels). She was friendly and polite, and worked so efficiently, even helping to the extent of consolidating an exisiting loan with the new one, all within the space of 4 days! In my opinion she was great! I wish more consultants had her attitude in going the extra mile for your client in giving them the best service you can.
