Question on Integrity and Bad attitude

I was quoted by Frederick, who offered me a discounted premium, but refused to forward a copy of the discounted quote nor the terms & conditions I had requested. He argued that I am being difficult for requesting the information and was more interested in activating the policy. King Price is not yet an establised brand so I need to ensure I am making an informed decision. I thereafter requested to speak to the Department head and he hung up. I have a huge question mark on the integrity of staff members at King Price.
I must say though, that I have received a call from his Manager, Wayne Lanie who bent over backward to assist me. You guys should get rid of the staff and get more staff like Wayne
