Suspended account

I cant believe that ABSA bank has just suspended my account without notifying me before hand!!! no cll no email nothing! All of a sudden my proof of residence is "missing"!!! Will definitely move to another bank!! I opened a new account with them in October last year, how can they just do this? They are keeping MY money from me!!! Money that I earned and NEED! Now!!!
I mean, all they could have done was to notify me!!!
