I was cold called with an offer of an insurance policy (car and household) and the consultant who provided the quote, Tannon Wessels, was friendly, efficient and professional. Even though I did not accept the quote, he remained upbeat and professional. A credit to his organisation! (As a side note: when I preview this form there is a standard statement which reads "I am a bona fide client of Auto and General etc" - I just want to be clear that I am not a client of theirs but a proposed client who turned down an offer!)
