Payment Arrangements - No one calling me!

Hi

I'm unable to call Wonga so I emailed the collections department to make payment arrangements on my overdue account. I asked them to please call me but no one has reverted regarding the matter.

Please can someone call me on my cell phone after 4.30pm today alternatively can you make arrangements on my email.
