Beat your premiums or pay you R400 cash

I called Outsurance to get a competitive quotefor my current insurance at the time. Their promise was to beat my current premiums or pay me R400 cash... my first prize was to have a reduced premium but they could not reach it at all.

They were supposed to send me a link to unload my current schedule as proof of my premiums. Two months or more have passed since that call, i have received nothing to the effect.

Just seems to me like one big scheme to get clients, which is fine if they are able to help, but the actually promise to pay is really questionable and should be further investigated by the competitions board or ombudsman for the short-term industry.
