Terrible Service!

I applied for finance on 18 February 2013 & every time I phone I'm told they are still processing it, when they claim on their website they will have an answer within /- 1 week.
They claim to offer up to R200 000 in finance loans and vehicle finance (no deposit) even if you are on ITC/ blacklisted with garnishing orders/ defaults or judgements & they have a strategic model in place to increase your approval rate.
I have been calling them everyday & today Henrietta told me it was declined. Why did they not inform me & waited for me to call them?? And all this after they have all my personal documents. I suspect they are big!!
I'm going to report this to the police station in case my identity is by these people!!
