I applied for a Home loan and had a long and tedious process with F.N.B. and Ernest Plaatjies was so patient and tolerant in all this long process. His service is exquisite, of high quality, I have never experienced good service as he gave me, ever, in South Africa. I want his Superiors to be alerted of his good service and customer service he offers to Better Bond clients making us to come back and do business with them.
