I want my money or Im taking this furthe

Here's the story, was looking for a cheaper insurance so I called First for woman spoke to Gerald n he gave me a quote and I gave him my banking details and everything, just after Ive spoken to him I called my insurance and they reduced my premium, then I called Gerald saying he must cancel that Quotation because my insurance is reducing my premium. He sent me an email saying it has been cancelled.

To my surprise I got a policy schedule via post and I sent an email to Gerald to ask him why am I still getting this, he said he will look into it. On the 1st my account was debited by R1560.76 for what!!! this is I want my money, I cant have two insurances. Someone needs call me or I'm calling my lawyers!!!
