My dad's car broke down in Pretoria and he left it at a garage the night as he wasn't aware of the free outsurance towing service. The next morning I contacted outsurance instead of him getting another expensive towing company. My dad took me to Lanseria airport and while he was still on the way to Pretoria to get to the car, Nicky had already organised a towing company and they got there the same time he did! Without much effort they towed the car right back to my dad's place. No worries and not even affecting the outbonus. This was truely the best service I've seen in a long time. Nicky followed up and kept us in the loop the entire time. What wonderful service, we are so greatful! Thank you, it's very refreshing to get such great service! :)
