MIWAY KEEPS DEBTING FOR A CAR I DONT HAVE!!!

I keep on being debited for a car I don't not have! They have been so doing for the last five months!!! How do charge insurance for a car that you do not even have the registration number to??!?!?!?!?!?!? I have called several times to cancel the insurance!!! When I call, I am told they will look into it and refund me. No one ever gets back to me!! This one time I spoke to Lucus [Email Removed] and emailed him my statement when this first happened in November!! I still haven't had a response!!! I am feed up with miway and wouldn't advise anyone to sign with them!!!
