I had asked for a quote to cover my new A4 and Ziphora came to my resque after struggling to get the quotation in the format indicated my employer. He did it manually and it was sent to me within a shortedt time possible. She further engaged the management on matching the quotation I receieved after loosing hope that I will have my car covered prior to delivery.
