ON SUNDAY THE 24TH FEB I TRIED TO WITHDRAW MONEY FOR MY ACCOUNT AT A FNB ATM. WHILE THE ATM WAS PROCESSING MY TRANSACTION IT WENT BLANK. IT WHEN ON AGAIN, MY CARD CAME OUT AND TO MY SURPRISE MY MONEY DIDN'T. I GOT A SMS NOTIFICATION THAT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ASSURED ME MY MONEY WOULD BE IN WITHIN 24HOURS. I WENT TO THE MAPONYA BRANCH. GAVE THEM MY REF. NO. BUT BECAUSE THE CALL CENTER'S SYSTEMS WAS OFFLINE THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. LATER I WENT BACK AND THE LADY WHO HELPED ME TOLD ME THAT I MUST WAIT FOR 31 DAYS FOR INVESTIGATIONS TO COMPLETE. AND THAT I MUST NOT COME BACK TO THEM AND I SHOULD WAIT... WHY SHOUD I WAIT FOR MY MONEY IF THE BANK IS AT FAULT HOW AM I GOING TO SURVIVE TILL MONTH END COS IT WAS MY TRANSPORT MONEY. FURTHERMORE I WANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ATM'S AT THE SPAR COMPLEX IN EXTENTION 2 ELDORADO PARK.
