FNB is actually BEEP BANK!

I tried to change banks from Nedbank to BEEP Bank (FNB) after or there false advertising on cost and service!!!
What a joke!
I have started this change over in November 2012 and its today February the 26th and still no joy!!!
They state you can open a acc and pay all previous acc off at 9%
but you can only pay a credit card of with a new credit card opened for the first 9 months!!!
They have opened every possible acc for me but, pay what they promised!
Current acc, than over draft, than credit card and now revolving credit but, still no payments of
previous acc!!!
Don't move to FNB its all a joke!
The staff at FNB smith street have no idea incl. the so called service Manager and the branch Manager!
