I'm not so happy with the way the call center operates, if it doesn't tell you to leave a message its the rude agent.they can't even answer you s very simple question.i am the loyal client of this company but the way i'm been treated its like i'm a criminal or something.if i may ask, how long does it take for the account to be updated after Wonga has debited their money? hope i'll get a simple answer just like my simple question instead of been given a bad attitude.thanking you in advance...
