FNB can't help!!

Good day

I have a cheque acc with FNB but, although my sallary is paid into that account, the refuse to give me an overdraft of as little as 500 rand, what's the use of a cheque acc??
Furter more they sell me an ipad minni through FNB but can't give me a credit card?
My debit orders always went through wether i had funds or not, now they refuse to let it go trough without warning.
So what's FNB any better than 'BEEP' Bank???
I need those facillity's cause my employer reduced my sallary with 3000 rand!!!
