Wow - I really didnt think that service like this was available in SA. Tracy took my call and within 2 days my claim had been finalised and settled!!! She even went and got the quotes for me - I was blown away. The money is in my account and we can replace the items immediately. The rest of the insurance industry should take a leaf out of Budget Insurance's book. They are really doing everything right. Well done and THANK YOU Tracy!!! Keep up the great service.
