Promising you everything but recieve nothing

I applied for a revolving loan and i was told that i dont have to take the full amount now. so i only took a portion of the amount then they said i must just phone in and they wil increase the amount. now they are coming up with all kind of storys saying they cant. it is so bad service and unexepted!!
