I applied on the 6 February 2013 for a smart phone. All went well they said it would take 10 -15 days for delivery today is day 16 I phoned yesterday no one could help I emailed 5 times yesterday and you get some response like We have forwarded your e-mail to Smart Phone Enquiries for further assistance. Customer service is disgusting can't you update your customers QP1326395, QP1325468, QP1326267: . QP1325171. Can you get someone to call me and tell me what is going on or can you give me top managements email address so I can take it further. Andrew Low
