I insured my car with Virgin money because I was attracted to the no excess.

I insured my car that me and my mother drive. I told the insurer that at the moment my mother drives the car more at the moment but we are both regular drivers.

On the 1st of February I put in my claim and they told me that they will be waiting for my payment on the 7th before they process anything!! That is completely reciculous but it gets worse! They told me after the assessment that ASANDA Would contact me and she would process my claim.

About a week later I get a call from ASANDA telling me not to drive my car and Im going to have to pay R5000. I told her that its rediculous that I have to pay more than 60% of the damage to my car as I said that I am a regular driver but she said she cant assist me there but she will go over the recording which I requested.

About a week later of me phoning everyday and not getting through to ASANDA, I finally got through and she told me that she would send the recording and phone me right back which never happend.
Now finally on the 21st FEB my car is going in and I will get it back on the 15 MAR.

Virgin products are not worth it!
Spend the extra money elsewhere!
