Unhappy with the service

I have joined Credit Salvage on the 3 Sept 2012. I must say i was very impressed with their service at 1st. I was promised that i will recieve progress reports twice a month and yet i recieved on 2 reports in 2 months. I with more or less the same update just twicked words here and there. I had 4 judgements in and 2 defaults which was paid up. But when i pulled my credit report in November 2012 i discovered that the Foschini default was still lying on my report and it going to fall away in march 2013 so basically i will be paying for the matter which was not attended. I then became sceptical and i reversed my payment for Nov Dec because i felt that i wanted to do more research about this company. I later discovered that my Nedbank judgement has fallen away a month later after i had joined them since it had reached its expiry date. Then i felt that these people could have advised further but anyway i approached them and asked them to relook at my legal pack. They told me to pay the cancellation fee which i don't have the problem with but as for the RDs, wastage and commission collections i really don't think i'm liable for that because they have failed to deliver what they promise
