It is so refreshing to call a call center and deal with an enthusiastic individual, who speaks clearly, can think, remembers who you are, and follows through on what they commit to do for you. I think it is very important that this compliment gets through, to this most valuable resource. I am not sure if the little people in the business understand how important they are in setting the perception of your company with us the clients.

Resources like this can make or break a business. Well done on a fantastic hire, and you better look after her, or she will be working for my company next :-)

My experience with Outsurance has been great, even tho I have decided not to claim, Tebogo insured that I had communication with legal department as well as the assessor. These valuable exchanges which she coordinated on my behalf resulted in having the correct information to make a good decision.

Tebogo is truly bending over backwards :-) Give that girl a Bells :-) I hope to deal with her again in the future.
