Std bank refuses to return unauthorisedebit orde

Good day

I wish to bring this to your attention that I am very displeased with the service I have received at two of your standard bank branches one Gugulethu Square and other one Promenade Mall.

For some time now I have been having a problem with Nedbank who has been debiting my account for a loan amount which I have paid to them in full as per the outcome of a cease I had referred to OBSSA.

In the past I had to go to your branches to reverse this transactions but now when I went to your branches this year they told me that it is an agreement between the 2 banks...

What agreement as by law I have 40 days to dispute an unauthorised debit order on my account and my bank has to credit the amount to my account.
