I have accumulated fees because of the that happened on my acc 23/12/2012. I was told that because the account was debited on the 28/12/2012 they will not reverse the changes I have been talking with the sales and service manager but upto now none of those changes have been reversed including the r100 I paid for the replacement of the card I never lost
