R400 PROMOTION pay back

I got a quote from outsurance as part of the promotion and their quotation is far expensive from my current monthly premium. I sent my current schedule and quotation i got from them to Yathin Maharaj cc Devon Jankowski and Webster Mogotsi
I have taken his advice and sent my banking details and reattached my current schedule and the quotation and there has been no improvement. This is really inconvenient and unappreciative on my behalf as I have been trying to get this sorted out since 21 November 2012. Please I humbly urge that this bee attended to as it is really displaying a poor reflection on outsurance.

The response I got he keeps on asking me to send him my current Schedule with my current Insurer.
I sent him more than twice. Now he doesn't reply my emails
