Loan not paid out

Hi there I applied for loan last week my documents was received everythingn
Gt a sms saying my loan as been approved, I've been couple of times at atm checking if its in, I phned the local branched to ask wat happening, they say it will be pay out in 4 to 5 days which is unexceptable as
Other institues loan are paid immediately why on earth must I wait that long as I told lady
I needed money urgently, this is not on.
