Wonga
No feedback/bad service

I have used Wonga on and off for the past few months and always paid on time.
I have built up a good trust record with them. All of a sudden when I apply I am told that I don't meet their criteria as I was listed on the credit bureau during January 2013 (not sure what for).
Surely they have their own record of how much they can trust me to repay my loan as I have never defaulted on my loans.
I sent emails to their customer care, collections etc. but no one has bothered to respond to my query.
They normally give good and quick service, don't know why I am battling now.
