Excellent service from Wendy Chileshe (Virgin ins)

I writing to express my gratitude to Wendy Chileshe for her excellent service. I have never used this Hello Peter website before but because i have never experience such great service, i had to write in.

I have always heard about how difficult insurance companies can be. She treated me with respect and sympathy regarding my accident. Her first question after she greeted me on the phone was, are you and your daughter well? I was so stressed about the damages to my vehichle but after i spoke to her, i felt reassured that my situation was in good hands.

As someone who is out and about exposed to different service levels, i can truelly say her service was excellent!
